A continuation of XXX, this album somehow manages to go further into the abyss of insanity. Great production and depth all around, plus some of Danny's wildest flows (Ain't It Funny or Golddust, for example).
While it's not as risky as Midcity, this album does a great job of flipping the concepts and qualities of gangster rap on it's head. Plus, Body & Blood is fucking fantastic.
My favourite rap album to come out of the UK this year. I love the experimental grime instrumentals that provide a very interesting backdrop to Trim's almost spoken word-like flow. The James Blake-produced cut, "RPG", contains one of the trippiest beats I've heard all year.
